We do not accept refunds once the course begins or is completed.
If you are unable to attend a class, you are eligible to reschedule one time to another slot. This must be communicated in advance. After one courtesy reschedule, any missed classes will result in a complete loss of funds.
If you cancel within 24 hours in advance to your scheduled class, you are subject to a 20% re-service fee. If you cancel/want a refund after the class has been scheduled, this will result in a complete loss of funds.
